1. Overview / 概要

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Rui Lab Co., Ltd.'s internal TikTok analytics integration ("Service"). The Service consists of a read-only software tool that retrieves performance data from Rui Lab's own TikTok accounts via the TikTok Display API v2 for internal reporting purposes.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、ルイ・ラボ株式会社（以下「当社」）が運営する社内TikTok分析ツール（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスは、TikTok Display API v2 を通じて当社自身のTikTokアカウントのパフォーマンスデータを読み取り専用で取得する社内ツールです。

2. Scope of Service / サービスの範囲

The Service provides the following functionality exclusively for internal use by Rui Lab Co., Ltd.:

1. Retrieval of account profile information (user.info.profile) from the Company's own TikTok accounts
2. Retrieval of account statistical data (user.info.stats) from the Company's own TikTok accounts
3. Retrieval of video performance metrics (video.list) for videos published on the Company's own TikTok accounts
4. Storage of retrieved data in structured local JSON files for daily internal analytics review

The Service does not:

• Post, upload, or modify any content on TikTok or any other platform
• Access, store, or process data from any third-party TikTok user or account
• Transmit any data to external services beyond TikTok's own API servers
• Provide services to any user other than authorized representatives of Rui Lab Co., Ltd.

3. Authorized Users / 利用者

The Service is for internal use only. Only authorized representatives of Rui Lab Co., Ltd. may operate the Service. Unauthorized use of the Service is strictly prohibited.

本サービスは当社内部利用専用です。ルイ・ラボ株式会社の権限を持つ担当者のみが本サービスを操作できます。無断使用を厳禁します。

4. TikTok API Compliance / TikTok API 準拠

The Company operates the Service in full compliance with:

• TikTok Platform Terms of Service
• TikTok Developer Policies
• TikTok API Terms of Service
• TikTok Content Sharing Guidelines

The Company's use of the TikTok API is limited to the approved scopes (user.info.profile, user.info.stats, video.list) as authorized under the Company's TikTok Developer application (App ID: 7634395049307949076, App Name: rui-lab-tiktok-publisher).

5. Data Handling / データの取り扱い

All data retrieved through the Service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key principles:

• Data is stored locally on secured company hardware only
• No data is shared with or sold to third parties
• OAuth access tokens are stored securely and never transmitted to external services
• Minimum necessary data fields are requested in compliance with data minimization principles

6. Limitation of Liability / 免責事項

The Service is provided as an internal operational tool. The Company makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability of the Service, as it is dependent on TikTok's API availability and rate limits. The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from TikTok API downtime, rate limiting, or changes to TikTok's API policies.

7. Modifications / 変更

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law / 準拠法

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に関して生じた紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
